ITB Berlin is the world’s premier travel and tourism event, covering the entire range of destinations and travel suppliers, including tour & receptive operators, airlines and airports, cruise lines, car and RV rentals, restaurants, hotels and resorts, shopping, attractions, sightseeing, transportation, travel technology, and more. ITB 2018 attracted over 110,000 buyers and trade visitors doing business with more than 10,000 exhibitors. According to estimates by Messe Berlin the volume of sales at the world’s leading travel trade show increased from around 6.5 billion euros in 2014 to 7 billion euros in 2018.
