Connections (www.weareconnections.com) is the global networking and event organizer exclusively for senior executives and experts in luxury, wellness, meetings, and adventure. We bring hand-picked leaders from the industry together to do business and to discuss the trends and challenges facing the marketplace. Decision makers meet through memorable experiences and educational debates that lead to meaningful and long-lasting business relationships.
Each event welcomes up to 80 delegates (30-40 high caliber buyers, 30-40 selected luxury suppliers, and sponsors). All participants who join this event are treated equally, with an all-inclusive package to minimize additional costs and arrangements. Buyers are invited following consultation with suppliers participating at each event. All events are supported by The Telegraph Media Group and Amadeus.
The event is designed to create a relaxed and informal atmosphere – ties and business suits are not required. Each delegate has a personal agenda with key clients each lasting 40 minutes.
Whilst we provide a meeting table we encourage delegates to take part in some shared, local, authentic, unique experiences that will help create a personal bond between each other that lays a stronger foundation for a future business relationship.
Additional opportunities to mix with delegates are provided through seated table plans, group experiences and debates that tackle hot topics in the market AND which use the knowledge of the audience.
Following our events, we produce bespoke reports and we work with our clients daily promoting them and helping them expand their network. We also work together with our sponsors and produce reports as per this one: Report in association with Amadeus. We produce reports which are dependent on the sector we operate in.
We publish every two months our Connections digital edition. The distribution is worldwide to over 90 trade press and over 100 associations as well as clients all over the world buyers and suppliers all decision makers at senior level.
Connections Meetings is the international networking event for professionals in the high-end meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE) sector.
We bring together a carefully selected group of 80 decision makers to do business in an environment that leads to longer-lasting business relationships.
The suppliers in attendance are national, regional and city convention bureaus, hotels, DMCs and companies offering innovative event services. The global buyers are corporate and incentive meeting planners who serve multinational companies.
Alongside their one-on-one meetings, delegates take part in our educational programme – they discuss trends and challenges facing the market with their peers. Each event is themed around a different “MICE Megatrend”, so delegates gain valuable insights for their business each time they attend.
