PRICES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Pavilion Prices:

Pavilion Space Only (Minimum 9 sqm) @ Euro 355 per sqm
Basic Booth (Minimum 9 sqm) @ Euro 775 per sqm
Standard Booth (Minimum 9 sqm) @ Euro 890 per sqm
Premium Booth (Minimum 9 sqm) @ Euro 1,010 per sqm

There is a 10% premium per requested corner
  +  Mandatory Promotion Package charge of Euro 110

There is a Compulsory Registration Fee charge of 450 Euro for each Main Exhibitor and Co-Exhibitor.

Co-Exhibitor fees are 275 Euro each and will be invoiced separately.

Payments:

A 50% deposit is required to secure exhibit  space.  
Credit card payments are not accepted for Participation Fees.
Invoices will be sent to exhibitors upon receipt of Application.
B-FOR International will confirm receipt of Applications.

Paying for optional booth equipment and custom graphics:  
When placing orders for additonal equipment and services, Exhibitors are required to have a valid credit card on file with B-FOR International. Credit cards will be charged after the show with any applicable VAT added to the total.

Cancellation or reduction of booth space:  
According to the USA Food Industry Pavilion Terms and Conditions of Participation, if, for any reason, Exhibitor cancels participation or reduces booth size, and a written notice is received by B-FOR by May 11, 2010, a cancellation fee of US$750 will be incurred, after which date no refunds will be made and Exhibitor is bound to pay 100% of all fees paid and due.
The payment submitted with an Application is fully refundable in the event Exhibitor is not approved by B-FOR or Event Oragnizer, no more exhibit space is available, or there is no USA Pavilion.
