OFFICIAL CATALOGUE REGISTRATION - DEADLINE MAY 19, 2010
Please complete a separate form (found HERE) for the Main Exhibitor and each Co-Exhibitor for entry in the Official Catalogue and Virtual Market Place (VMP). VMP login data and information will be sent to you directly from the Show Organizer, Global Produce Events.
There is an Organizer’s Mandatory Promotion Package Fee of EUR 200for the Main Exhibitor and each Co-Exhibitor, plus a EUR 300 USA Pavilion Co-Exhibitor Fee for co-exhibitors in the USA Pavilion that will be charged to the Main Exhibitors/stand holders.
BADGES
Exhibitors receive a number of badges with their participation fees based on the following formula:
- Basic Booth: Three (3) Exhibitor Badges for the 1st 9 sqm and one (1) additional for each additional 3 sqm
- Standard/Premium Booth: Four (4) Exhibitor Badges for the 1st 9 sqm and one (1) additional for each additional 3 sqm
- Meeting Table: One (1) Exhibitor Badge
- Space Only: Six (6) Exhibitor Badges for the 1st 27 sqm and one (1) additional for each additional 9 sqm
- Each Co-Exhibiting Organization: One (1) Exhibitor Badge
Completion of FORM A-1 prior to July 16, 2010, is required for you to claim your badges.
Additional badges can be ordered by completing FORM A-2 prior to July 16, 2010.
Badges will not be mailed and must be picked up on site at the Exhibitor Registration Desk (Hong Kong).
USA PAVILION EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY
The ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA 2010 Guide of U.S. Exhibitors will be distributed in the USA Pavilion to the visitors throughout ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA. All exhibitors and co-exhibitors participating in the USA Pavilion are entitled to a free listing in the Guide. For your free listing, please submit your USA Pavilion Exhibitor Listing Form found HERE prior to July 16, 2010.
